I have been lusting after this amp for a couple of years, just based on internet sound clips and youtube vids. Anyway, I walked into the local music store today and asked if they had one. Lo-and-behold, they just got one in and the guy took it out of the box and let me play with it for a while. Fucking amazing clean tones. :chrisharris::chrisharris::chrisharris: Now I want it even more. Please stop me before I drop 2 grand on this beast...

What do y'all think of this repetitious tune?

Main question is, how can the digital drummer drop out and in...while the guitar sounds the same? The chain is guitar, cord, Firepod, computer, Reaper, SoundCloud?

Seems to me, it's like it's jumping time, or sumpin.:???:

http://soundcloud.com/taintrider

After listening again, the guitars are also jumping time. Fark me.

Digital sucks, in the wrong hands.:D

that I want to "frankenstrat". It's cheap so it's perfect for experimentation. But I don't want to go with the red/white like everyone else and their retarded brother. I want to go with the early black/white one that Eddie had. Or maybe even the yellow/black one. I think the white/black one was the original frankenstrat before he painted it red, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I've never painted a guitar before, let alone striped it, so I'm not expecting to make it look exactly like Ed's. I just like the style and feel like doing something now that I have a garage.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And maybe I'll put some pics up along the way. I wont be starting this though for a month maybe.

Kismet, karma, coincidence, I don't care. I got a new toy!
91 Washburn J6. Close to mint considering its age. Not a scratch, except for the pickguard. Came with a "hard" soft case that fits quite well. Brand new set of flatwound 11s on it. Never used flatwounds before, they're pretty cool.
